Film capacitors are divided into different types according to different dielectric: polyester film capacitors and polypropylene film capacitors.
1. Polyester film capacitors
Polyester film capacitor (CL capacitor): A capacitor that uses metallized polyester film as the dielectric and electrode, and the exterior is encapsulated or sealed with epoxy resin.
Features: Wide operating temperature range, good heat resistance, high dielectric constant, high capacitance stability, excellent electrical properties, high insulation resistance, good self-healing, and large volume ratio. 2. Polypropylene film capacitors

It is characterized by excellent electrical performance, good reliability, wide range of high temperature resistance capacity, small size, good self-healing, and long working time. It is suitable for TVs, computer monitors, communication equipment, and other DC and VHF signals.
