1) The film material is different.
For film capacitors, the main cost is the film. The quality and price of film capacitors produced by large companies and small companies are very different. In order to reduce costs, some manufacturers will definitely choose lower-priced small factories. If the plating is uneven, there are burrs, or the defective products produced by the metal film manufacturer are directly purchased, and the inferior films are used, the quality of the film capacitors produced will definitely be poor.
2) The difference between spray gold.
The gold spray of the film capacitor should use a quinary alloy or a hexavalent alloy, so as to ensure the electrical performance of the capacitor. In order to save cost, inferior film capacitors will use pure zinc spray gold. Although the cost is lower, the probability of quality problems in the capacitors increases.
3) The difference of CP line.
The main problems of inferior CP wires are that the wire diameter is not enough. Just like the principle of building a house by cutting corners with steel bars, the CP wires are drawn thinner. At the same time, inferior CP wires also have the problem of low tin and copper content, which leads to poor capacitor welding, and has poor overcurrent capability.
4) The difference in rated voltage.
In order to fight the price war with inferior capacitors, a common method is to use low-voltage capacitors as high-voltage capacitors. Some film capacitors with a rated voltage of 630V are actually rated at 400V. After the voltage is false, customers feel that the price is much cheaper. , in fact, there is a great risk in the use of capacitors, which will also cause the life of the capacitor to be shortened.
