1) For small-capacity film capacitors (signal level) open circuit, the open circuit point is generally on the welding point between the pin and the gold-sprayed end of the capacitor core. The main reason is that the manufacturer's welding process is poor.
2) For large-capacity (power-level applications) film capacitors, most of them are burnt due to excessive current. At this time, the capacitor shell is deformed and bursts.
